There quite a few notable stand out pieces in the collection for me it would have to be the red sliced-lapel jacket worn over a nude sheer blouse and sequin and feather skirt.

David La Chapelle sues Rhianna

FAMOUS fashion photographer David LaChapelle is suing Rihanna for allegedly using images in her new music video, S&M, which are "directly derived" from his own works.

LaChapelle says the singer has plagiarised eight of his images, including a shot of the star taken against a blue background with sweets on her tongue. According to Reuters, the photographer asserts that the video copies the "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colours, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting" of his work.

So this collection is just beautiful bursting with bright fuchsia and lustrous motifs, Melgoza said he based the collection on what a women wood wear if she was taking a walk in the woods.

According to Melgoza high heel shoes and lime green fuchsia streamlined trousers are a must.

The collection was filled with leather and silk setting the catwalk alight.

There were a lot of standout pieces in this show and the attention to detail was iconic Melgoza brings a beautiful colourful palette to autumn winter.

New York Fashion week went off with bang as per usual! My favourite collection so far is Christian Siriano Fall 2011.

Personally I found the collection chic and edgy with all the classic American trimmings,there was something there for everyone.

With gentle cuts and sharp ruffles, he is definitely one to watch, I love the fact that the collection was classic autumn winter.

I can be very old fashioned and as of late a lot of collections seem like they could easily be spring summer, I find that slightly irritating so I’m happy he stuck to a dark colour palette.
