FAMOUS fashion photographer David LaChapelle is suing Rihanna for allegedly using images in her new music video, S&M, which are "directly derived" from his own works.
LaChapelle says the singer has plagiarised eight of his images, including a shot of the star taken against a blue background with sweets on her tongue. According to Reuters, the photographer asserts that the video copies the "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colours, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting" of his work.
